A randomized phase III study to evaluate the efficacy of chemoimmunotherapy with the monoclonal antibody Campath-1H (Alemtuzumab) given in combination with 2-weekly CHOP versus 2-weekly CHOP alone and consolidated by autologous stem cell transplantation

Es handelt sich um eine randomiserte Phase III Studie bei Patienten (jüngeres Kollektiv 18-65 Jahre) mit unbehandeltem T-Zell-Lymphom. Es wird ein Vergleich der Behandlungsschemata CHOP-Therapie mit anschließender autologer Stammzelltransplantation vs. CHOP + den monoklonalen Antikörper Campath-1H (Alemtuzumab) mit anschließender autologer Stammzelltransplantation durchgeführt. Das IMISE hat in diesem internationalen Kooperationsprojekt das Datenmanagement, das SAE-Management und die biometrische Betreuung übernommen. Die Rekrutierung ist geschlossen. Die Abschlussauswertung wurde 2017 durchgeführt. Eine Publikation ist in Vorbereitung.
